We are looking for an experienced Construction Cost Estimator who will be involved in the comprehensive preparation of construction projects in cooperation with the managing director, project manager, and site manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating and processing detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on documentation, bills of quantities, and tender documents
- Compiling the necessary documents for cost substantiation according to tender requirements
- Collaborating with subcontractors in the preparation of cost estimates
